Ailine Liefeld was born in 1981 in Hennigsdorf, a small town close to Berlin. During her school days she did many possible arts, like painting, drawing, photography, acting and fashion design.
After experiencing the job of a picture editor in Hamburg’s Gruner+Jahr publishing company, she moved back to Berlin in 2002. Until 2004 she did a media and web design training. From August 2004 until July 2007 she studied photography and now works and lives as an art director, picture editor and freelance photographer in Berlin.
While she likes to take pictures of everything in her life, her main photographic subjects are architecture and fashion/lifestyle portraits. She also does enjoy creating CSS and Flash based Websites.

as I’m living in Berlin and are a great fan of your pictures I wanted to ask you where you studied photography as I’m thinking about studying it too.

Guten Tag,
bitte verfolge auch die architektonischen-/grafischen- Bilder weiter. Portraits haben leider nur eine begrenzte Dichte an emotionalem Fassungsvermögen, welche dazu neigen erkennbar zu werden. Materie ist formbarer als der Geist und Du hast das Potenzial die Materie zu beherrschen.
